Im currently stuck with this right now, there have been a couple of guys ive talked to that have had pics on their cell phones which were clear/large enough for me to tell whether they were photogenic or not but, what about those guys that dont have pics with them 24/7? LOL
How do you content guys handle getting the initial test shoot done, etc, do you even bother with test shoots any more?

We always have a camera with us. Even if it's just a small digital happy-snap camera, we always have a camera.
Be surprised at what hams some people can be
Tell them to buy a disposable camera, they are available everywhere. Tell them they don't even have to get it processed, just mail the whole camera to you.
I usually meet in person, or ask for a shirtless face and chest shot, with stats and contact info, or check out their my space
