Program Owners - Do You Get More European Based Affiliates?

I was just going through my affiliates on Condom Cash and noticed that im actually pretty evenly split between US based and EU based affiliate publishers.

I was wondering if any of you other program owners had noticed this or whether you have more US based than EU or vice versa?

Also, on the same topic, do you think that European webmasters would be more inclined to join an affiliate program based in the EU over one in the US and likewise, do you think US based webmasters are more likely to join a US based program before and international program?
