I am working on DMCA take down notices and found a whole shitload of stuff at www.gaytorrent.ru
I signed up and then clicked the "report" for my clients movies that were uploaded there but apparently that pissed off the moderator who suspended my account, and my emails to their admin are going unanswered.

That's probably going to be a bit of a whackamole game because if you get EuroDNS as their ISP to turn off their server, they'll just move to a new host.
What you might do is also contact the registrar, in this case it's RIPN, at www.nic.ru and explain the situation.
Some registrars, like GoDaddy, will revoke the registration for the domain name if it is being used for illegal activities, but that will depend on the particular TOS for RIPN.
