As oppose to posting in non-business threads and chatting with friends, family, etc on instant messenger or looking at porn?
I bet its a lot less than you think you do if you take the time to check what you are doing at any given point during the day.

During the last two month I would say 9-10 hours per day. If I'm not working on new sites its less usually ;)

at least 8 to 10 hours a day
yeah.. about 10.
Although yeah.. with all those distractions.. it comes to about 14. I'm usually at it from 8 AM to about midnight.
Man, I need a vacation.
