ISO: Programm which does screenshots

Hi,

its like 3 am here and I'm looking for an application doing a screenshot of a video every X seconds or everytime I hit a certain key

I know it has been asked several times now but forgive me for not using the forum search this time around :D

I use an application called FrameShots that is very good for taking the grabs :)
