There is Lisa, Bill and Steve from Bad Puppy - imho THE players in the gay market (although some think they aren't I know they are! LOL)

Karen from Specialty Publishing - Specialty does all the hot mags we've seen over the years as well as products and sites.

See there are personalities and players... you get to hear from the personalities (who are players) but to be honest most of the players keep their heads down and just work these days.

As Gary-Alan mentioned Bill Pinyon and Steve from BadPuppy immediately come to mind as true players, Badpuppy started life as Bill working in his apartment bedroom and it has grown exponentially over the years to the huge following it has now.

I would also ran Tim Valenti from Naked Sword as a player too :)

Also as GA mentioned the vast majority of the true player wont be seen on the boards in fact, most of them are working behind the scenes improving their businesses.

I have to agree with all the previous posts but wanted to add a couple of my own...Patrick from CCBill, Morgan and Tim from Cybersocket, Karl from Bedfellow...those 4 along with Aly from Python are the 1st generation of my family in this business. I owe them a great debt of gratitude for my successes as well as my own growth as a gay man. I have nothing but respect and admiration for them and I'm certain there are many who feel the same way.

Damn forgot about Patrick :(
