I'd spam you with our stuff, but sadly we don't have any gay.
I'd suggest you check out www.pluginfeeds.com and www.itsyourporn.com
there are no "the best" feeds since part of the usefulness of feeds depends on whether they work with your content.
i like feedsnow and pluginfeeds the best, but it depends on the niche(s) of the site, etc.
