Is This Good Or Bad For The Industry?

Its a porn site that surfers can join, whack off to porn and for the same membership fee they get given their own 'porn site' to promote.

Do you think we should be mixing credit card holding, porn buying surfers with the actual 'business' side of this industry?

Surely if they begin to actually see what goes on half the time this is going to further add to the decline in sales industry wide, or is this just further proof that getting sales on the straight side of the industry is pretty much a crap shoot these days and these companies need to do whatever they can to remain profitable?

I don't see this as being that much different than what some of the movie AEN's are doing such as DeluxePass, AdultBouncer, PrideAccess, etc. In fact, PrideAccess even does the design for you.

I was a surfer at one point too. ;)

If it wasn't for my success with DeluxePass, I would have never made this a full-time gig. I haven't updated my DP sites for a year and the income I earn from them still pays all of my household bills and some of the taxes that I earn from my other webmaster income.

Its completely insignificant to the "porn industry"

Have you seen everyone on GFY promoting the hell out of it with their sigs?

This is going to flood the market place with even more free porn and even more wannabe webmasters.

Id say that was pretty significant to the industry myself.

It run by a well known adult sponsor and is offered as a site to promote by webmasters to surfers though.

I think the asterisk next to the Earnings chart is funny but hey, it's a new idea, have to give them credit for that, and the implementation, though the business model doesn't seem sound, for the surfer at least.
