In House DVD Duplication

There seem to be so many DVD publishing systems that have good rankings. Do any of you that sell DVDs do inhouse duplication? There seems to be two ways to go; a machine that duplicates and creates / applies the labels OR a printer for labels and a multi-burn system. Any tips? Surfers keep asking to purchase our content on DVD but not to the point where it makes sense to have the duplicated in mass. But if I am going to sell them, they need to be well made and not some of the badly burned ones I have purchased as samples.
