I see billingCascade.cgi link on CCBill affiliate sites and it work like if surfer was declined on CCBill he will be sent to Epoch page for another try. Am I right?
So, what will it be for affiliates? Is CCBill pay checks on Epoch cascade sales? Did I missed something? :-D
