Keyword: Innovation

I’ve just been surfing around and reading a few articles for webmasters - both adult and non-adult businesses and technology.

They keyword that keeps coming up in ‘Innovation’. A lot has been said over the years how the adult webmaster community has been the most innovative online. And many of the methods, when used in mainstream, are overtly effective.

Whether you work for a company, or work on your own…

If you have an idea that you think would work, is there anything that has stopped you from making it happen?

How innovative are you (or your company)?

I know that for myself, I've had some great ideas, but couldn't see them materialize at the time mostly for lack of knowledge and money to hire someone to do those aspects I was clueless about. The more I work with the internet, and business side of it, I learn what different programs are out there, or discover just what sort of people can create the backend parts... now it's more a matter of finances.

Personally i think the word 'innovation' is used to much when it comes to the adult industry.

I honestly cant remember when the last 'innovative' idea was actually made live.

A lot of places come up with some good stuff but innovative IMHO is going to far on a marketing aspect.

There are only so many ways that companies can make money and most of them, all stem from the one thing.. porn and thats hardly innovative ;)
