I was wondering if there were any legal niches that you folks wont promote?
I know a lot of you dont promote bareback sites, but other than that, are there other niches you dont promote because they make you feel uncomfortable?
A big one for me is tranny, i just cant wrap my head around the niche, i have tried before but i can never seem to understand the niche.
So what about the rest of you, are there legal niches other than bareback, that you wont touch?

Of course, I am no attorney, so ask Chad if you want to know if my option is viable :)
The thing for me is, I would never want to be dragged through the court system in the first place. As the saying goes, freedom isn't free, and the idea of having to spend $50,000 or $100,000 to defend a court action and convince a jury that it's OK to have someone pee on me is, for me at least, not where I'd prefer to spend my money.
Thing is, I don't think it would ever go through the court system. If it is filming random people pissing on each other, IMO the government would rather drag them through it, if it is an individual that is not only filming the actions, but also on the receiving end, it would be, again IMO, much more of a difficult case.Quote:

Granted, the prosecutor would still have to get over the other Miller hurdles and the hurdle of "patently offensive", but the fact that excretory functions are specifically mentioned makes me a little more nervous.
As Chad has said several times, prosecutors tend to go for the slam dunk, so "iffy" cases are unlikely to get prosecuted. There's risk within just about every part of this business, and I guess each of us has varying levels of comfort with different types of risk, but for me, it's always felt like something that's a bit over the line.

This, as a question, is kind of hard for me.
If the site was simple a rape site - though staged, would be over the top. (rape an in the models looks to be forced to do everything against his/her will. Abused and treated like meat.)
If, however, the site was a zombie going after a girl, he grabs her, she gets turned on in a 50's sci-fi kid of way - then sure.
But you're kind of asking for flat out "terms" and those can be subdivided as well.
