So i was wondering, those of you that actually have 'staff' that you work with and manage, how do you decide if the jobs you are giving them are the best ways to utilize their time for what they are being paid?
Do you test them out with several tasks and eventually get them doing the same thing every week or do you try to switch things up a little so they dont become bored with doing the same stuff?

I have a very small staff. I work everyone pretty hard but as long as the work gets done and people are still laughing and not showing up late and leaving early, I know we're all good.
Oh, and I only have people I can't shag... two girls, a straight married guy with a baby (and bad hair) and my little brother.
