Work Hours

Yo guys,


Just curious to whether you guys have set work hours? Do you porn it from 9 - 5 or are you all freelance about it? What works best for you and your slaves, I mean employees?

I am almost always at my desk before 9 AM every day. It is the end of the day that is variable. Some days it is 5, but last night it was 1130 PM

Pretty much 9 - 5:45/6:00 Pm then its the gym and dinner for my sanity but I do check everything from home and do some work there too. I check everything constantly on the weekends and have lists of new ideas by the time I am back on Monday.

I work all day and much of the night.

Even when I'm back home with my family I've got the lap top going and often work while eating dinner, too.

I don't stop.

It's a sickness.

I used to NOT have set hours, but since I started them, I seem to get a lot more work done. I would strongly suggest setting some up.

I live in the house so it's work pretty much 24/7. If a cam goes down, if a member has audio issues or can'r figure out the new Flash player for cams, etc. I am here. Same goes for marketing. I am in and out of email, here, and other boards throughout the day and night. I get up around 11am when our automated house computer, "Claire" starts bitching at the boys for not doing this or that and I am up til around 4 or 5AM. AHHHH The Glamorous life! LOL
