Whilst Ya'll Were At Phoenix...

Gary and I have been negotiating the purchase of a state-of-the-art gay nightclub in Daytona Beach.

If everything goes well with our accountant tomorrow we could very well be the new owners of the place by the end of April :thumbsup:

If we do get the place, we're going to be having a huge opening bash and all of you folks in or around the Florida area had better show up :)

So thats what we've been working on, how was the show for everyone?

We have actually already negotiated with one of the gay hotels in the area some special discounted rates for clients of the nightclub, which are actually cheaper than P-House rates :D

When we're going to be the only gay bar in town within the next 6 months, yes, we wouldnt have done this otherwise hehe

Its an existing club, that has been open for 3 months.
