Has anyone (here in the US) formed a UK entity?

I am looking to form a UK business entity so we can except the the European Direct Debit cards on our site. Has anyone done it? or found someone in the UK to help them do it?

why not use a european biller?

eurobill for example (just not netdebit or afendis[this is the REAL world of painhere] )

Well I want to way out the costs between setting everything up and using biller that welcomes customers that sell hard goods.
