you are not alone. there are threads about this on two other boards. no one seems to be getting paid, and the only person who managed to get in touch with them got them on the phone after several attempts.
I still get signups for their sites. and I saw the threads on other boards as well, but they are a few months old...Quote:

Try 866-319-4431 or 619-222-0075. That's Helix Studios Direct, the DVD distribution side of their business. As far as I know, it's the same people that run both, and they always seem to answer the DVD distribution number, so if they can't help you, they can probably get you in touch with someone who can.
