Im looking to get a few paysites designed but need a designer who is reasonably quick (but accurate) with a decent quality of work to do them for me.
I dont want to have to be chasing whoever gets the job constantly in order for the finished sites, i want them to tell me a timeframe for the site designs and by the time they tell me for completion, expect the sites to be finished.
Thats not to much to ask is it?
So anyone have any designer reccomendations for me?

The guy was referred to me from a person here.
He took 1/2 the money upfront, then disappeared.
Paypal would not refund the money so I'm out the money and got no design.
At the same time he took me for a bunch of money he also took a bunch of other people for their money here. He said he was moving and wanted to sell a bunch of stuff, took all their money and never delivered.
