Have Any Affiliate Programs Successfully Re-Branded Themselves?

By that i mean, programs that started off as one thing, then changed in to something else mid-way through their life-cycle?

Have any PPS sponsors ever changed to Revshare? Usually its Revshare going to PPS.

What about gay programs that have changed to straight programs? Or programs that have changed from paysites to VOD?

Do you folks recall any affiliate programs that underwent major overhauls from their initial core business and changed in to something completely different to what they started out as?
