Middle Aged?

I was wondering how you folks defined middle-aged when it came to people?

I usually go with guys/women that are over 50 or look over 50 but im wondering if this should be lowered to more like 40+ instead?

Your thoughts, should 40+ or 50+ be described as middle aged when it comes to content?

NO way in hell do I feel middle -aged!!!

I realized that I was starting to get up there when I was listening to a song I listened to in my youth -- "too old to disco, my wig fell off" by Root Boy Slim -- and realized that he was singing "I'm quittin' the disco, I'm almost 43"

But as far as "middle aged", I think it's more of a mindset and how well someone's taken care of themself than about a specific age. There are 45 year old guys who look 30, and 33 year old guys who look 50.
