People Who Act Like They Can Make Decisions...

From programs, sites and services who actually cant really annoy me.

Especially when it comes to things like huge content orders or ad placements.

I mean seriously, what is the point in wasting both of our time talking about pricing, discounts, placements, etc if you dont even have the authority to make a decision and sign a contract?

Im actually seeing this happen a lot more lately to, more and more people are seeking out information about bulk content deals and bulk ad deals who have no authority to authorize the purchases, i just dont understand why someone would want to waste their and my time like this.

Anyone else have this happen to them?
