How Heavily Do You Think The Economy Is Hitting Programs?

Over the past 2 weeks i have seen announcements from 4 different programs closing their doors or stopping updating their sites completely.

Do you think this is due to the current status of the U.S economy or do you think it is more a sign that these programs simply didnt have the business knowledge to maintain their sites profitability?

One very well known tranny affiliate program announced that they were just closing their doors with no explanation, even though they are revshare based and i simply dont understand how a revshare based program cant make any money, i mean, its revshare, it is virtually impossible for any revshare program not to be profitable.

Your thoughts, are these recent program closures due to the economy or bad management on the part of the program owners?
