Recip Link Questions

When you folks build free sites do you put your recip links below or above the 'enter' link for the site you are building?

Ive been checking around and like every other rule out there, links lists all have different requirements when it comes to this.

Some want it above, some below, some dont have any rules at all.

Do you build two mirrored versions of your free sites to 'fit' in with all of these crazy rules that links list owners are using or do you just build your site once and submit to the same places over and over again?

i put 'em above it. i've never seen a tgp that requires you put the recips below, although some allow it.
