The acquisition was handled by well known industry attorney Chad Belville.

ClubAmateurUSA has been hosted as a part of the Badpuppy Network since 2003 and has from that time been the most popular hosted website, operating as a part of the Badpuppy Network. The site has been so popular that the average affiliate link, click through to conversion has ranged from 1:6 to 1:10, for most every month since 2005.

Badpuppy owner Bill Pinyon credits the success of the website over the years to the unique content that the website offers, which is primarily straight guy seduction between the model and former JV Squared partner, webmaster and camera man, Casey Black.
