Any Legal Reasons NOT To Use The Word 'Holdings' In A Company Name?

i know that a typical holdings company is a seperate entity from the rest of the corporations operating within that groups 'holding' company but im wondering are there any 'legal' reasons not to use the words holding or holdings in a company name, specifically if the company isnt a holding company?

Our attorneys offices are closed right now and im so close to registering a domain name that i really like for a new company, i just want to see if anyone knows of any reasons not to use such wording on a regular corporations name?

not sure how it is in the USA, but here in Panama it makes no difference at all.
