Do You Think There Is A 'Run Up' Period On Submissions?

When it comes to newer sites being submitted to link lists and TGPs?

By that i mean, do you think surfers wait a certain amount of time before joining a 'new' paysite that they have seen on link lists and TGPs before they join it?

Im guessing to a certain extent this would hold as true in the adult industry as it would other products, do you think a certain amount of market saturation is needed for a site before it becomes 'trusted' by most surfers and they actually start pulling out their credit cards?

Im guessing around 7-10 days saturation of a specific site would be the average time unless the site is 'suggested' to them by a site that is percieved to be an 'authority', your thoughts?
