I know this gets asked every year around this time but i really wish there was a way to see affiliates mailing addresses in CCBills WebAdmin, even though the affiliates have chosen to 'hide' their address.
It makes it extremely difficult to send out tax information to those who earnt above the $600 threshold in the last 12 months plus, most affiliates when they get emailed asking for this information just ignore me.

What do you do in this instance?
Send it to CCBill and ask them to forward it? They are making the payments, so aren't they responsible for the tax stuff?
It could be the very reason they use CCBill .... no record of the income.
