Allow the client to insert a title, keywords and description in to the meta tags.
Would give the forms a little more appeal when they are indexed by the SE's and i would also imagine it would make the surfer feel more comfortable when they hit these pages if the title tag was the same as on the paysite the join form is being used for ;)
