Some questions about 3rd party billing

I am shopping around for 2 primary services, and would like some feedback on possible providers. Essentially, what I'm wanting to do is provide escorting, and have noted that there aren't much businesses in my area; there are none listed in the phone books (I checked!).

Service 1:
What I am looking to do is have a caller listen to a brief messasge, essentially directing them to a web site for more information, before directing them to a menu where they can select from a list of service providers. They will then listen to brief messages of the providers regarding the services they offer, ending with an ID# of the provider. After making their choice, I would like the caller to be directed to our third party billing company, to book the services of the provider. I think this will go well (the phone service) using kall8.com...

Service 2:
The third party billing. I checked with CCBill: "We do have
telephone billing where the customer can be billed for a subscription
on their phone bill, but these orders are placed online - not on an
actual telephone call." What I would need is for after a caller selects their provider, to then be able to place their order by phone and by website. Then, they would contact them (send a text/email/call to their cell?), to notify them of a client, providing the provider with the name and contact info of the client.

Any suggestions?

From your description, it sounds like it's going to fall under the category that Visa calls "audiotext" which is basically phone sex lines.

Since I don't think either Epoch or CCBill (or any of the off-brand billers) will offer what you are after, you'll probably have to go with a direct merchant account... but the catch is, generally, you have to have a pretty high volume, and I'm not even sure there are any US-based banks that are still accepting new customers for audiotext.

I'd say your best bet is to find a really good merchant account broker to help you. Mitch at Netbilling has some good connections, and Victoria Kozub at ECS Commerce also seems to have a really good handle on what banks are taking high-risk and adult business.
