What Kind Of Business Structure?

What kind of business structure do you guys use?
LLC, Partnership, Sole Prop??

I'm thinking of forming a LLC but wondering if it's worth it.

In most cases an LLC is the best choice. If you are the sole owner an LLC provides a quick easy way to establish a separate entity with simplified tax reporting. If you have several owners or expect to add owners in the future, then an S Corp gets more attractive.
