flashy banners help please

i am trying to put up a flashy banner on one of my freebie sites and cant figure it out because it isnt the same as putting up a regular banner can someone tell me what i need to do so i can link up a flashy banner to one of my sponsor sites instead of a normal banner please?

Do you mean using a flash banner that is provided by one of your sponsors?

If so, they usually come with instructions, at least that has been my experience.
