Before Launching An Affiliate Program...

How many sales do you think a webmaster should be able to generate daily on their own traffic sources?

It used to be suggested that 10 new actual 'membership' sales a day were needed before someone should launch their own affiliate program but im wondering if you felt this number has increase/decreased over the years as saturation of the market place has taken effect?

Do you think that being able to generate 10 new sales a day is realisitic in these time for someone to be able to generate on their own before launching their first paysite/affiliate program?

10 sales a day is 300 a month i wonder how many can actually make that many sales regular to make $4500 on revshare?
