Sebastian's Studios Buys Out Another Studio
Bethlehem, PA - Finalizing a deal linked to November, 2008, Sebastian's Studios has acquired the complete rights to Pride Island Productions a Louisville, Kentucky sole-proprietorship adult video production company.
Pride Island is an amateur studio with a catalog of 81 both bareback / safe sex DVDs never distributed in retail through the venue of distribution. DVDs only sold through website sales and mail in order.
JJ Ruch of Sebastian's Studios will distribute the newly acquired content solely online and utilizing this studio content in online content distribution venues using both the bought content as well as the name "Pride Island Productions."
Ruch has embraced digital distribution and is currently working with major online channels.
"We're distributing Pride Island Productions videos with AEBN, Hot Movies, and other online Pay Per View entities," Ruch says.
We've already began the editing procedures and plan to re-release the DVDs but giving them further exposure and attention than what they have had in the past.
This buyout was finalized Monday February 9th, 2009.
Sebastian's Studios currently has aprox. 300 dvds released, more than 50 membership sites, 12 various studio lines, and this is Ruch's 2nd studio buyout in less than one year. Future venues include Sebastian's Studios producing multiple times monthly, continuing various membership sites, and continuing to grow at a large but yet safe inpact.
Ruch plans to re-edit and package DVD Ready screeners and submit them to All Stud Releasing.
