That's what I'm thinking. It was initially brought up between a conversation I had and another webmaster. And I thought you... that's a terrific idear. I know that TopBucks does it. And I thought this would be something to give a shot at.
Why not email them through CCBill and find out?

This is something of which we are going gungho with. Especially since CCBill is coming out with their version of NATS. We have a lot of great things in the works with our cash program.
Our designer is currently re-working our DVD Stores right now. He is estimated to have this done on March 6th.
Monday March 9th, he is going to begin re-doing SebastianBucks.com. Once the new SebastianBucks.com site launches it's going to be great. The tools for webmasters to use is going to be unreal. We'll have IFrame's, new batches of banners, TGPs, MGPs, just all sorts of different tools.
We will have a disc that we will send out to affiliates at that time. The disc will contain all of the promo tools on the disc so that you don't have to worry about downloading them.
We plan to really aid our affiliates in maximizing their sales and assisting them in the best way that we can. We do get a lot of "newbie's." Everyone has to start somewhere. The newbies we plan to help any way that we can as well as the pro's. :-)
