Missing Colt Cash payments, what's going on there?

They still owe us more than 5k $ and I'm reminding them to pay me since before Christmas now when I noticed they they we're owing me about 10k $.

After asking Sean and John Rutherford many times I finally got one of 3 payments a few weeks ago and nothing since then.
Sean always convinced me that he would take care of it but nothing happened.
I emailed John again and asked Sean on AIM a few times but he doesn't answer my messages anymore.

What the heck is going on there, are they bankrupt or something?
I'm not sure if I should forward this to our lawyer yet and I would like to know if it's just us or if they refuse to pay anybody!

I gave them enough chances to solve this now before going public!

I have actually seen similar threads pop up like this in several places over the past few months, it is kind of worrying.

What worries me is that say you're a little player like me and happen to be owed that kinda money, you need to file your small claims (most states its considered small claims if it's under 10k) case in the state of the defendant.

That's what kept me from filing anything about the shit I was in before with you-know-who. I didn't have the resources to fly to Penn. for a small claims case. I was told I had a good case too, emails evidence, etc..oh, well.

It sucks too, because shithead knew it, and I'm sure other unscrupulous individuals and companies know this too.

One thing I do believe in is this..."What goes around, comes around!"
