Seems like the site owner is trying to say you cant post a welcome thread on multiple publisher communities, even if you are trying to become an active community member on those same publisher forums.
The mainstream world never ceases to amaze me with their stupidity sometimes.

i post on a few different non adult forums and this happens all the time i dont see anything the matter with what he did as well and i think he replied pretty good considering as well
