Welcome to the new normal.
Everybody is in a financial panic, guy.
All will be fast well, spring.
Last week wasnt to bad but at the same time it wasnt good either.
At least rebills are not cancelling like they were a couple of weeks back, we're back to our usual levels of one or 2 failed rebills a day now thankfully :)
Regards,
Lee
we have been seeing a larger number of rebills getting declined this month due to no credit left on their card, but overall new sales have been very good since Jan 1/09 for us.
I mentioned in a previous incarnation of the "failed rebill" thread a couple of weeks ago, that you should ask the customer for a couple of payment options (cards). You will lessen the chance of rebill failure if you have more card numbers on file... and prompting customers when expiration date is coming up.
Also, and this may not work for all cases, there was a time when the month rolled around that the card on file expired, we just added 2 years onto the year! 2 or 1 year until the card worked.
Last week's sales were pretty crappy, the weekend was better but nothing amazing.
This week doesn't look too well so far.
We had a good week.
Last week seemed horrific, but it seems to be picking up slowly this week.
