Kinda depends on what you're hooking it up to ... but you can go look over the Arrow Trader at ArrowScripts - they have a free version that most of the guys running tgps use with their tgp scripts.
Links in general: give Links Organizer a looksee. Can bulk manage your links, accept bulk trade submits and more.
