What Is Your Primary Decider When Choosing Not To Promote A Site?

If you have a site being posted about on the industry message boards, what is your primary deciding factor when it comes to whether you will actually join the sponsor program and promote their site, whether that site is new or old?

Content, Tour, Program, Niche, Etc, Etc...

For me i would say the primary deciding factor is the program itself and what they offer along with who actually runs the program.

There are several PPS programs that i refuse to promote just because of their business practices in the past with the straight paysites they own, even though some of their sites might have great tours, content and niches.

So what about you folks, what makes you decide not to promote a specific sponsors paysite?

Niche first, then tour. Then content, but content is usually synonympous with the company, that is, you already know wether a company is likely to have good content, or not, in the right types and amounts.
