High CPC Adwords Keywords?

I was wondering if you folks had any suggestions for more AdWords/AdSense keywords that have higher than normal cost-per-clicks associated with them?

Right now im working on a bunch of sites with contextual ads on them earning between $0.10 and $1.13 per click but im actually starting to run out of ideas for keywords to target these sites towards.

Right now i have sites for the following subjects...

Medical Insurance
Home Foreclosures
Currency Exchange Rates
Online Stock Trading
Online Investing
Male Health
Female Health
Affiliate Publishing

Im looking to grow this network of sites quite quickly so need to get some more suggestions on keywords with high cpc yields.

Im thinking of also adding some kind of gambling (possibly poker and blackjack) along with a pharmacy type site too.

Any other suggestions you folks have that yield higher than average click payouts through AdSense?
