Join Page Question On Non-Adult Products...

I was wondering what you folks thought the better join page option was for non-adult membership based sites, my gut tells me that treating them the same way as we do in adult would be the better option but, from what i have seen on various non-adult boards, mainstream affiliates are, well, they are dumb as a box of rocks and may not understand that a custom join page isnt actually 'stealing' the surfers credit card information.

Which one do you think would work better in terms of signups to the site in question?
