FlashCash Promoting Online Gambling?

I just got an affiliate email from FlashCash about some online casino site where they have a tournament setup for affiliates (i think) and a link code going to the site.

I thought online gambling was still illegal in the U.S right now until the WTO issues get resolved fully?

Anyone know what the deal is here?

Surely this isnt a site that FlashCash own, it would be very stupid of them if it was, mixing porn and something currently deemed 'illegal', kind of makes you wonder $0.02

Yes, indeed it is a promotion that FlashCash has. When you log in to the affiliate area there is a big ad.

I know some Casinos still cater to the usa as well as other countries. Not sure of the legal ramifications, I do think it is still illegal to push casinos.
