Google Promote - Anyone Using This Yet?

I was wondering if anyone else was currently using Googles new SERPs promote function yet?

Over the past few days i have been upping several sites in the SE listings using this feature and was curious if anyone else had used it either on their own sites or, on other peoples to give the listings higher/better rankings?

As of yet, it is still unclear if this feature will actually improve a sites overall positioning, especially if just a few people use it but im wondering, a good experiment could be to setup a site, get it listed and have a bunch of webmasters use this feature to 'promote' this central site, would anyone be interested in trying an experiment like this to see if this new feature is going to have an overall effect on rankings or if it truly is just being used to customize an individuals search results?
