In the past when I've posted to top list sites, I've noticed we've gotten a ton of traffic from some of them, but I can't really tell if our conversions are going up. Does anyone feel like they have great success posting their paysites on top list sites?
I'm trying to decide whether I want to spend more energy on these avenues.

Yes they do however, in all honesty it is a LOT of work sorting out the good ones from the bad and, that time could probably be spent better building a couple of your own niche specific toplists and getting others to send their traffic to you instead of you sending your traffic to them.
Just a thought.

only one of our sites works with toplists, however it does well from them.
toplists are a great way of recycling your traffic, and like any other traffic source they can be a huge benefit if used properly.
what are some good list sites to use please i would like to give some a try if they are good at getting traffic back from them
Ultra Boy still seems worthwhile to me. It lists webcams and other gay sites.
