Parental Control Sites Or Products For Warning Pages?

Does anyone happen to know of any parental control sites, labels or products that i can put on some warning pages of some new sites im working on that actually have some kind of affiliate program attached to them?

I mentioned this when i was on the Pheonix Forum panel a few years back how an affiliate program for parental control software would be something really profitable in the adult industry but i havent seen or heard of one, was hoping that maybe someone here will know of one?
