traffic management software

What works for you, what the best traffic management software out there?

Actually, we're in the process of having a script written to do just that, didnt really find anything off-the-shelf when i looked around.

If you do find one though id love to know the URL for it to use as a future reference.

i hope its php but either way, scripts ive seen that i think are good are trade pulse by scriptpulse.com and swiftclicks, the feature i love from swiftclicks in the network manager one control panel to control or monitor ALL sites
