I'm planning to buy an established twink site (no paysite).
- can be any site type (blog, TGP, MGP, Linkdump, Directory ... whatever)
- the site should already receive some traffic
- it should have a PR of 1 at least
- it should already get some SE traffic for twink terms
- the domain should be brandable somehow
- site should be at least 6 months old
