I haven't been here much lately, so when I checked out GWW I was surprised at how difficult the board is to read.
It's only 720 pixels sitting in the middle of my screen. Is there any way for each individual member to customize the board width or font size?
GayDemon.biz has a "fixed" or "fluid" setting at the top of it's board. Gay Mainstreet doesn't, but their board is quite wide already.
Just a thought.

If you are having issues reading the font size, you might want to hit CTRL + on your keyboard, that will make the font size larger :)

Thanks, that helps a bit. I couldn't remember how to change font sizes with my keyboard. And I am getting old.
It'd still be nice if the board were 960 pixels wide or so.

There is a major redesign of the entire Gay Wide Webmasters directory and forums right now, a few people have seen the new color scheme / layout and really liked it, at the moment our programmer is having issues with the integration of the GWW Directory in to the new layout but once that is done we'll be rolling out a brand new look and several new interactive features.
Im hoping it will happen before the end of '09, if not it will definitely be live by the end of January '10.

actually, what i don't like is that gww lacks the preview post feature that shows you the first couple of lines in a post when you hover your mouse over it....that feature saves heaps of time!
It also cuts down on ad impressions and ad clicks ;)Quote:
