Do have someone that you pay currently to do the grunt work you dont like doing, taking screengrabs, writing text links, resizing images, etc?
The real basis stuff that really doesnt do much except take up your time when you could be doing other things?

Yeah, I do everything myself too.
For the REAL grunt work, like mowing the yard, pulling weeds, etc. I just put an ad in Craigslist and hire the hottest guy that responds.
