Affiliate Reps Playing It 'Straight'

What are your thoughts on this? When an affiliate rep, who you know is gay suddenly starts working for a new employer and starts acting all 'straight' on the boards, posting pics of half-naked chicks, etc, etc...

Do you think this is a good or a bad thing, personally i think it shows lack of character in that individual especially when the person has worked as a rep for a gay program and acted like a flaming fag on the boards in the past.

Your thoughts, do you think becoming a 'closeted' affiliate rep when working for a primarily straight program is a good thing?
